Our pristinely restored 1973 Italian Piaggio Ape (prounced ah-peh) is the perfect addition to elevate your celebration and make it the event everyone will remember. From scenic mountain weddings to country club events- we do it all. Five taps means your guests can have a superb selection of beer, wine, bubbles, cider, cocktails, mocktails and more! Our Ape is unbranded, so we can completely customize to complement your unique event.

Welcome, we're Trinity and Michael, owners of the Happy Tap. We met back in 2018 at Regis University, where we became fast friends and shared a close friendship for over half a decade. Since the beginning we bonded over a love of good food, good drinks and golf. Over 3 years ago that close friendship blossomed into a lifelong partnership. This year, we have a new canine family addition, Nellie. She’s keeping us on our toes, but we still love to travel, try new restaurants and recipes at home, play in the mountains and keep a healthy golf rivalry going.
